I really love this quote. It’s simple, yet so powerful. It’s about growth and personal empowerment through self-awareness and understanding. It reminds us that even when our lives seem impossibly hopeless, empty, filled with sadness and despair, or any other terrible thing, if you can get through it, the experience can help you really grow as a person and become stronger inside. However, you have to have the awareness to recognize what you can gain from any experience, whether that experience is good or bad. Without that, an experience is just an event.
